You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy:
1) the goods must be intact, not worn and must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2) to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box (avoid affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging);
3) the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, will take place under the complete responsibility of the customer;
4) the shipping costs and taxes for the return of the goods are charged to the customer;
5) the return must take place within 14 days from the date on which you communicated the decision to return the purchased products.

How to do:
1) Close the box well with wide adhesive tape to avoid opening or damage

3) Receive the refund after the goods have arrived in our warehouses and we have checked their integrity.
N.B .: We take no responsibility for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In no case will not be collected parcels on delivery or carriage forward.

Within 7 working daysfrom the moment we receive your return in our warehouses, after verifying the integrity of the goods, we will issue a refund for the amount paid upon purchase
